If you wish you return your order, please fill out provided return form and use the attached return label which is included in the package (only possible in the following countries Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Germany and Austria). Please note that we will charge a fee for the use of this label of total 39 DKK (5,2 EUR). We will deduct this amount from your order when we have received your package.
Upon return of your item, please note that we will not refund the shipping costs. If you want to exchange your item, please return this to us and place a new order at birgitteherskind.com. We can only refund the money back to the same card used when purchasing the item.
The returns form is normally found on the delivery note which comes with your order along with the item/s you've ordered. If for any reason the returns label is missing, damaged or you need an additional form this can be downloaded and printed from the below link.
