Returns & Refunds
If you wish you return your order, please fill out provided return form and use the attached return label which is included in the package (only within EU). Please note that we will charge a fee for the use of this label of total 39 DKK (5,2 EUR). We will deduct this amount from your order when we have received your package.
Upon return of your item, please note that we will not refund the shipping costs. If you want to exchange your item, please return this to us and place a new order at birgitteherskind.com. We can only refund the money back to the same card used when purchasing the item.
The returns form is normally found on the delivery note which comes with your order along with the item/s you've ordered. If for any reason the returns label is missing, damaged or you need an additional form this can be downloaded and printed from the below link.

We ask that the items are returned clean, unworn, unused with hang-tag (s) and in original polybag. If the returned item (s) conform to our requirements, the money will be refunded within a few days.
You have the right to return used items, but only used to a certain extent, which corresponds to trying on or fitting an item in a physical shop. Items that have been used, washed, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. If a used item is returned, there will be made an individual specific evaluation of how much the item can be sold for to another consumer. Any impairment or loss of value will be deducted from the original price of the item.
In case you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or color send us an email on email@example.com, so we can make sure that your desired size or color is available. Fill out the exchange form provided by email and return the product to the return address on the package.
In case you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or color or you would like a different product, we simply ask you to return your original purchase and then purchase the new desired product at birgitteherskind.com
Information on redress
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
In case you would like to claim your warranty please contact our Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies within 2 years warranty after purchase.
Please note your right to complain is renounced if the defects are because of negligent use, lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear. In case of an accepted warranty we will compensate you the shipping expenses.
