If you wish you return your order, please fill out the provided return form and use the attached return label, which is included in the package (only within the EU). Please note that we will charge a fee for the use of this label total of 39 DKK (5,2 EUR). We will deduct this amount from your order after receiving your package.

Upon return of your item, please note that we will not refund the shipping costs. If you want to exchange your item, please return it to us and place a new order at herskindofficial.com. We can only refund the money to the same card used when purchasing the item.

The returns form is usually found on the delivery note, which includes your order and the item/s you've ordered. If, for any reason, the returns label is missing or damaged or you need an additional form, this can be downloaded and printed from the link below.

3. Place the form together with your return items and send the package with the return label

We ask that the items are returned clean, unworn, unused with hang-tag (s), and in original polybag. If the returned item (s) conform to our requirements, the money will be refunded within a few days.

You have the right to return used items but only used to a certain extent, corresponding to trying on or fitting an item in a physical shop. Items used, washed, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. If a used item is returned, an individual-specific evaluation of how much the item can be sold to another consumer will be made. Any impairment or loss of value will be deducted from the item's original price.
